  Adam Meredith has 26 years' experience as a regulatory professional in HSE, HMRI & ORR before retiring as Senior Engineer/HM Inspector in CoCoSig dealing primarily with level crossings, signalling and authorisations of electrical subsystems. His career has included construction, general manufacturing, high hazard site safety, rural and forestry safety. He gained a distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice before being awarded MIET. A true systems thinker he is passionate about designing fully integrated systems and operations and can add value both at the design stage, and all stages of the lifetime of a system, asset or operation.
